Estate of James Park, deceased. "June Term, 1867 (pp.10-11), The Petition of William B. Gunnett praying an order of court requiring county surveyor of said county to find and run a true line between the lands of said Gunnells and the estate of James Park, deceased."
August 30, 1869. Joshua Segars applies to be appointed as guardian of Elizabeth Emma and Louisa Gable Cilotein (?). Answerable to the October term. October 4, 1869. "At a regular term of said court no objection being made it was ordered that said Segars be appointed guardian as aforesaid upon his complying with requisitions of law in such cases made and provided." /s/C. August 28, 1869. "Mrs. Susanna Moore, administratrix for estate of Jeremiah A. Moore, deceased, applies for leave to sell land in Bartow County." Citation was granted (to be answered the October Term of 1869). October 4, 1869. "At a regular term of said county, no objections being made, said application was granted to said Susanna Moore to sell land lying in Bartow County at public or private sale as she may think most to the interest of said estate." /s/C. J. Shepherd, Ordinary. February Term 1873. Miss Mary Moore, executrix of Susannah Moore, deceased, administratrix of the estate of Jeremiah Moore, deceased, applies for Letters of Dismissal.
August 2, 1869. H. M. Mayes applies for Letters of Dismissal to be answered the November Term of 1869 on Estate of W. C. Green, deceased. Page 10. Continued to December term; continued to December 13th when objections were filed by consenting parties to continued the case to December 22. On December 14, subpoenas were issued summoning J. G. Campbell into Court. December 33,1869. "Came the parties by their attorneys, Davis Irwin, Esq. for John Anderson, guardian for the minor heirs of said W. C. Green, deceased and P. M. Green, widow of said W. C. Green, deceased and A. N. Simpson and M. P. Gartree and Winn for defendant. After hearing the evidence in the case and the argument of counsel it is ordered that in lieu of $204.00 commission charged in annual return for 1866 for turning over Negro property of John Anderson, guardian, said H. M. Mays, executor, be allowed the sum of $50.00 also in lieu of the $161.00 commission for turning over property to Mrs. P. M. Green, widow of W. C. Green, deceased; he be allowed the sum of $61.00 and that said H. M. Mays, executor, in payment of the balance to the parties thereto entitled, $254.00 and $12.50 commission improperly charged for paying $500.00 to M. P. Gartnell & Winn (marked through), attorneys shall be discharged and that letters be granted to him accordingly." /s/C. S. Shepherd, Ordinary. December 23, 1869, the parties agreed to allow H. M. Mays, executor, til the 2nd day of January 1870 to take an appeal time for appeal extended to January 4, 1870 (case compromised).
August 21, 1869. Frances Bentley and minor child apply for year's support. Page 3. August 27, 1869. Citation for administrator of the estate of Samuel Bentley, deceased, to be heard October Term. October 7, 1869. An order appoint Clerk of Superior Court. /s/C. J. Shepherd, Ordinary. Page 7. August 27, 1869. Citation ordered requiring all persons interested to show cause if any why the administration of the estate of Samuel Bentley, deceased, should not be vested in the Clerk of the Superior Court. Page 9. November 1, 1869. Frances Jordan, widow of Elbert P. Jordan, applies for years' support for herself and eight minor children. Appraisers appointed.
September 18, 1869. N. J. Fenn applied for Letters of Dismissal to be heard on the first Monday in January.
October 19, 1869. Catherine Grier applies for Letters of Administration on the Estate of Josiah Grier. Application citation ordered (granted December term). February Term 1870. January 19. Catharine Grier, administratrix of Jonah Greer applies for Leave to sell land. (granted Feb. 7, 1870).
Page 8. November 1, 1869. J. R. Harbin asks for release as the security of Emily, Eason, guardian of the minor children of Rasberry Eason, deceased, to be heard the December Term of 1869. There was no answer to this petitition. J. L. Eason was appointed administrator and time was granted to sell the guardianship of the deceased. (Emily Eason had died). O. R. Eason, administrator of R. Eason, deceased, representative of J. R. Harbin, applies to be heard the December term for mismanagement of the estate. January 4, 1869. Petition of J. S. Eason and Emily Eason for leave to sell real estate, to be heard February 7, 1870. (Granted March Term 1870).

Eubanks (resigned) and that upon said Braswell's complying with the requirement of law letters be issued to him and that upon a full and final settlement of his trust, the daid Eubanks received letters of dismissal."
