John C. WEBB, 5/28/1840:7/13/1840, page 135-138 Headed: West Point, Troup Co., Ga. Exrs: Wife, Faithy, and son, Lovick Pierce Webb. Negroes to be sold to James M. Hill and Abner Webb. My exrs to consult with James E. Scott, William B. S. Gilmer, James M. Hill and Green W. Hill prior to any step of importance. One of exrs: Thomas Winston. Upon settlement and final division, James M. Hill, shall suffer a reduction of his share of $1600 having already given him in virtue of his wife, Martha Ann, that amount, and also that Green W. Hill suffer a reduction of $1500, that amount having been paid to him in virtue of his wife, Susan C. Hill. All my lands in State of GA, except Troup Co., to be sold at option of my son, Lovick Pierce Webb. My exrs shall send my sons, William G. Webb and George M. GEORGE HENRY, nuncupative, recorded 3/4/1841, page 143-144 During last sickness at house of Morris Edward, where decd usually resided for the last 18 months or two years, being the last stage of consumption, before his decease, which was 1/21/1841. Pryor Edwards' son, James, and Morris Edwards' son, and William Edwards, son of Morris Edwards. Being questioned about his moneyh in S.
