Cherokee County Wills and Estates
Cherokee County was created from the 1832 Georgia Land Lottery and drew residents from all over the State, especially the North Georgia Counties. Many families passed through this county to go on to settle in Cobb and Paulding Counties. Earliest settlers were: James Anderson, Edmund Bagby, Daniel M. Bird, William H.
