Avery, C. B. married Zemmie W. conner, Harlem, 12/14/1886. The Constitution, Atlanta 12/15/1886

Davis, Gazaway to Nancy, daughter of Thomas Moon. Columbia Co. Deed dated 8 July 1816. Gazaway Davis, having intermarried with Nancy, the daughter of Thomas Moon, deceased, and Martha Moon, the widow of Jesse Moon, deceased (Jesse was one of the heirs of Thomas Moon, deceased), and William Moon of Clarke County, one of the sons of Thomas Moon, deceased, have appointed trusty friend John Moon of Clarke Co. to be attorney to recover our equities in the estate of George Moon of Prince Edward County, Virginia, deceased, John Mathews, Esq. of Virginia, executor.

Paul, Samuel to Treacy McGruder, widow of Zadack. Agreement. George McGrude for $100 paid by said Samuel as his marriage portion, and for a competent provision for said Treacy, confirms all stock of horses, sheep, cows, hogs, plantation tools, carriage, etc., together with 1/7th part of real estate. Date: 11 June 1822. Columbia Co.

Peacock, J. A. married Mrs. Nanny Todd, both of Laurens Co., Wrightsville. Mr. Peacock is editor of the Dublin Post, the bride was formerly Mrs. Boufellette of Macon. The Constitution, Atlanta 1/5/1886

Spalding, Henry to Mary Moncrief, widow of David Moncrief. John Moncrief, Wiley Moncrief, John H. Little, John Fleming, Delila Moore and James H. Mayes, the heirs of David Moncrief; and Caleb Moncrief are under bond of $20,000 to Josiah Stovall, attorney of Henry Spaulding. Whereas, Henry became possessed of certain property from the estate by intermarriage with late wife, Mary Moncrief, and since henry is disposed to give up said property, it is the purpose of present bond to secure his attorney from any loss.
