Joel J. Lott Home of Glynn County

In 1890-1892, Joel J. Lott was a resident of 144 N. Albany Street, corner of George and Albany Streets.
He owned a grocery store at 204 Bay Street (corner of F & Bay Streets),
which was later known as Lott-Lewis Co. At that time, he resided at 110 Carpenter Street.
By 1901, he had moved his family to 803 Union Street. In 1905, Joel was the president of Lott-
Lewis Co., with J. J. Lewis as Vice President, and WIllim R. Cox, secretary.
In 1912, Joel was President of Glynn County Bank, and the President of Lott-Lewis Co.
His daughter was Miss Gertrude Lott, who resided in the in 1923. She married after that, and resided there
in 1939, as Mrs. Gertrude White.
