Robert Ryley Hopkins



unionstreet 711 (later 713) Union Street, Brunswick, Georgia. From 1892 to 1908 Robert Ryley Hopkins resided at 601 Dartmouth Street, and his real estate business was located first at 303 Newcastle Street, and later 215 Newcastle Street in Brunswick. In 1905, Robert Ryley Hopkins was a student, while his father was in the real estate business. In 1908, the family later removed to 711 Union Street. Robert R. Hopkins, Sr. was in the real estate business in 1908, and his son, Robert R. Hopkins, Jr., was a merchant. In 1912, he united with his son to form R. R. Hopkins & Son. Robert, Jr. also owned Hopkins Supply Co. Wife, Mary. This old home was vacant in 1939. In 1949, residents were Nick T. Angela Ros, Howard L. Dorris and Peter M. Poulos.
