TYSON of Glynn County, Georgia

Job Tyson was born 1770, probably in Moore County, North Carolina. He married Sidnah Sheffield, the daughter of West Sheffield (born November 11, 1776). His LWT dated February 3, 1824, probated June 1824, in Glynn County. His children were named in the Will; also grandchildren, Eliza and Job Carter. Executors: Wife and Sherod Sheffield (her brother). Issue:

• Aaron Tyson was in Laurens County as early as 1787, because he witnessed a deed. He was listed 1820 Laurens County and 1830 Early County Census.
