Ansley 2/6/1775., 5 acres on Germany Creek.
Jacob Smith was executor of the Will of Peter Overby 1815 in Columbia
County.
His Will dated 5/19/1836, probated 11/7/1836 Warren County, Georgia,
names his wife, Christine and children:
