In her Will dated 7/8/1846, probated 1/11/1847, she names her sons, Robert Burton and his son, Homer, and Benjamin Burton. Charles W. Smith made his Will 7/11/1846, probated 5/1/1848, dated Talbot County, Georgia, and names his children:

• Sarah Smith married William Stanton.
• John H. Smith married Mary Wilkinson 4/1/1830 Talbot Co. Ga.
• Caroline Smith married 4/22/1838 Talbot County Ephraim W. Dennis, who was deceased in 1846, leaving Caroline a widow.
• Levi B. Smith married Mary M. Gullett 10/5/1841 Talbot County, Ga.
• Harriett Smith married Nathan J. Bussey.
• Katherine Smith.
