In her Will dated 7/8/1846, probated 1/11/1847, she names her sons, Robert Burton and his son, Homer, and Benjamin Burton. Charles W. Smith made his Will 7/11/1846, probated 5/1/1848, dated Talbot County, Georgia, and names his children:Christian Index, published 2/8/1855: "Thomas G. Smith, 4 years old, died 1/26/1855."
