- Miles Smith, born 1797 in Georgia, married Sally Spell October 24, 1816 Laurens County, Georgia. Listed on 1805 Land Lottery, resident of Oglethorpe County, and on 1830 Oglethorpe County Census. Miles Smith died 7/28/1848 Stewart County, Georgia. The Christian Index dated
8/17/1848 gives his death date, saying he left four sons and two daughters.
- Harrison Smith. His Will dated 12/10/1834, probated 12/21/1835 Talbot County, Ga., mentions his land in Muscogee County, 605 acres, and 91 2/3 acres in Oglethorpe County, on waters of Long Creek. Smith, died 9/6/1858 Ft. Gaines, Georgia."

was a native of Cumberland County, Virginia."

Haywood County, Tennessee...Rev. James Smith was a son of Robert
Smith, Revolutionary War Soldier."
Robert Smith drew in the 1827 Georgia Land Lowery, a resident cf
Oglethorpe County. He was granted land in Lee and Muscogee Counties 1836.
