Perryman of Columbia and Richmond Counties
Elisha Perryman was born 1769 in Virginia, Baptist clergyman. He married (1) Ruth Cobb on 28 November 1787 in Richmond County, and, (2) Martha Watson (born 1790 in Maryland) on 1 February 1826 in Richmond County. Issue:A brother of Elisha Perryman was Dickson Perryman, who made his LWT on 7 May 1806, probated 7 July 1806 in Columbia County, naming wife, Elizabeth, and his brother, Elisha Perryman.

Columbia County Deeds
20 September 1798. David Perryman and Flower, his wife, deed to Hayden Prior for 80 pds, 100 acres bounded by Applings land, in the Village of Applington.
5 September 1800. David Perryman to Elisha Perryman for $50.00, 116 acres of land located on Greenbrier Creek and Big Kiokee, which land was originally granted to said David Perryman by Governor Telfair, adjoining the widow, Appling.
