Nunnalee of Virginia; Elbert & Wilkes Counties
William Womack Nunnelee, born 1730/1740 in Chesterfield County, Virginia, came to Georgia by 1787, and died in Elbert County in 1806. He married Ann, who apparently predeceased him.

- James Franklin Nunnelee, born 3 January 1760 in Virginia, died 12 February 1838 in Elbert County. He was married to Keziah, before 1791. Issue:
- Willis Nunnelee, married on 5 March 1812 in Wilkes County, Martha Bentley, the daughter of Jeremiah Bentley.
- Howell Nunnelee, appeared on 1815 Elbert Tax Digest.
- Osman Nunnelee, married on 3 November 1817 in Wilkes County, Adda Bentley, the daughter of Jeremiah Bentley.
- Simon Nunnelee, married on 24 May 1817, Martha Ferrell, in Elbert County.
- Charlotte C. Nunnelee, married on 23 January 1812, William A. Bentley in Elbert County, the son of Jeremiah Bentley.
- Sarah Nunnelee, married on 7 December 1819, William Bolton, in Elbert County.
- Elizabeth Nunnellee, married Colonel Robert Middleton (born 1755 in Chesterfield County, Virginia)
- Nancy Nunnelee, married Thomas Burton; listed on the 1850 Elbert County Census.
- Priscilla Nunnelee, married William Hatch.
- Walter Nunnelee, married Susannah Hubbard, the daughter of John Hubbard (died 1800 Elbert County). Walter died ca 1831, apparently in Harris County. Issue:

- Benjamin F. Nunnelee, born. ca. 1800, married 29 April 1828, Lucinda Darden, in Taliaferro County, the daughter of William Darden. They removed to Harris County after 1830; left Harris County before 1850.
