Deed Book HH, p. 7. 25 January 1790, William Leverett and his wife, Bridget, to Benjamin Baldwin, 200 acres in Wilkes County, bounded south by the Little River, west by Richard Johnson, and north by Baldwin, east by Robert Leverett.
