Drury Jackson from Bute County, North Carolina, left his LWT in Wilkes County Will Book 1792-1804, page 103, signed on 21 June 1792, probated 20 February 1794. Named his wife, Ann and all the children. Minutes of the Inferior Court, Wilkes County, 1799-1801, page 60, 6 December 1800, Drury Jackson, deceased. James Hilton (or Helton) and his wife, Ann, late wife of Drury Jackson, ask for Letters of Dismission as executors. Page 253, Minutes of Inferior Court (1798-1811), John Jackson, guardian of Edward, orphan of Drury Jackson, made the final settlement. Issue:[1]
