Theodore Guerry, the son of James Guerry, was born 1745 and died 1809 in South Carolina. He was a Revolutionary War Soldier. He married Martha Eugenia Dumry (born 1762, died 1809) in 1785. His LWT dated 28 January 1809, St. Stephen’s Parish, South Carolina. Issue:
- Theodore Guerry, born 1795 in South Carolina. Listed on the 1820-1840 Wilkinson County, Georgia Census and the 1850 Holmes County, Mississippi Census. He married Mary (born 1797). Issue:
- Theodore L. Guerry, born 1813 in South Carolina, farmer. Wife, Martha (born 1820 in Georgia). Residents of Quitman County, 1880.[1] Issue:
- Mary Guerry, born 1845 in Wilkinson County, married Mr. Brannon. Issue:

- Samuel James Videau Guerry, born 30 June 1815 in Wilkinson County, Georgia, died 11 June 1886 in Rover, Yell County, Arkansas. He married Mary Dorothy, probably a sister of Mark Moor Brown. Issue:
- Samuel Guerry, born 1835, died 1927 in Texas, married in 1867, Houston, Texas. Issue:
