John Greenwood of Oglethorpe Co., 11/19/1796: 12/12/1796,p. 46-47 To my loving wife, Ann, use of my plantation I now live on during her natural I desire that my Executors make a true and lawful Right to the lands sold to each person that has purchased land of me. I also desire that of my sons may have right to the lands that they bargained with me paying to their brother George Greenwood.. After the decease of my wife the remainder of my being 120 acres be divided between my two youngest sons, William and James Greenwood. Daughters: Fanny, Nancy. Sons: John, Fleming, Bevely. Executors: Wife and sons, John and George Greenwood. Witnesses: Timothy Stamps, Robert Gillespie, Henry Johnston.
