GOLDEN/GOLDING of Carroll County

Mark Golden was born 1/27/1762 in South Carolina and died 1/25/1844 in Chambers County, Alabama. He was married of Nancy Parks of South Carolina. Issue:

• Mark Golden, born 12/5/1805 in Georgia.
• Mary Golden, born 3/14/1808 in Georgia.
• Caroline Golden, born 11/23/1810 in Georgia.
• John Golden, born 4/5/1817 in Georgia.
• Newman Golden, born 1/12/1818 in Georgia, died 4/27/1859 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, buried in the Rodgers-Guthrie Cemetery.
• William Golden, born 3/14/1822 in Georgia, died 4/29/1894 in Goldanna, Louisiana.
• Caleb Golden, born 10/18/1827 in Georgia and died 1855 in Carroll County. Georgia. SEE his LWT in this website (Probate/Carroll). He was married to Minerva Bachelder whom he bequeathed sheep, cattle, hogs, etc. They were first residents of Sumter County before removing to Carroll. Issue:
