EASON of Fayette County
Abraham Eason, born 1770, died 1825, settled on Camp Creek in Fayetteville, Georgia. Today, this is the site of Camp Creek Parkway near Jonesboro. He was married Luci Peters.
RICE EASON was born ca 1797 and settled in Fayette Co., Ga., four miles north of Fayetteville on Camp Creek on land which he purchased from his father, Abraham Eason about 1822. He was married to Frances Myers Children:
RICHARD B. EASON, born 1815,married Rachel Simpson on 1/7/1841 in Fayette County. He died at Lookout Mountain during the Civil War.
LUCY B. EASON, born 1817.
ABRAM EASON, b. 1820 married Miss Sarah Ann Wooten from Fayette Co. on 1/12/1843. He died 7/7/1862 in Jefferson County, Mississippi.
NATHAN EASON, b. 2/29/1822, died 5/30/1878 married Unity Ann Murphy on 4/16/1845 in Fayette County.
WALTER T. EASON, born 1825, married Louisa M. Petty on 10/6/1848 in Fayette County.
WILLIAM EASON, born 1828, fought in the Civil War, losing an arm during service. He opened a saloon in Atlanta after the war.
JAMES EASON, born 1830, died 2/18/1891.
ELIZABETH EASON, born 1835.
EDWARD Y. J. EASON, born 1837.
MARTHA EASON, born 1839, married Vines Graves (d. 1863 during Civil War).
