With the possible exception of the first child, the children were born in the State of Mississippi. Mary Johnson was a daughter of Caleb Johnson who immigrated to Amite County, Mississippi who served in the Minute Militia from the State of Georgia in the American Revolution, and was born in Chester County, Pennsylvania."[1].
