Benjamin Crowley was born ca 1730 in Caroline County, Virginia, and died 1817 in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. His LWT dated 15 August 1817, probated 15 October 1817. He married ca 1756 in Bedford County, Virginia, Sarah Strong.

Benjamin Franklin Crowley
born July 16, 1841 Henderson Co., Ky.
August 12, 1916 Livingston Co., Kentucky. He was the son of Edmund Crowley born Feb. 10, 1810 Oglethorpe Co., Georgia and Clementine Marks born Feb. 3, 1809 Loudoun Co., Virginia, died Oct. 3, 1889 in Henderson Co., Ky. He was buried at Crowley Cem. off hwy 41 A near junction of Petersburg Rd. and Robards-Poole Road near the Webster Co., line.)
Benjamin was married on Dec. 19, 1868 in Henderson Co., Kentucky to
Tabitha "Telitha" Jane Wood, born Jan. 6, 1851 Kentucky, died April 28, 1900 Livingston Co., Kentucky. They were the parents of eight children, viz:
William Henry, Cornelius, Isaiah D., Rufus J., Ella May,
Thomas Jasper, Bessie Ann, and Luther Elbert.
