ZACHARY COLLEY

ZACHARY COLLEY, the son of Edward Colley (born 1732 in Norfolk Co., Virginia) and his wife, Mary Strong, was born 12/7/1771 in Mecklenburg Co., Virginia and died 1804 in Elbert Co., Ga., married Sallie Webb. Zachary Colley was Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Stewart in 1836, Clarke Co. Will Book B, page 227. The Last Will and Testament o Zacharias Colley was dated 7/6/1801 in Oglethorpe Co. Will Book A, page 116. He gave his brother, Charles Colley, two bonds, one on Joel Colley for $450.00 dated 7/6/1801; one of Thomas Colley dated 7/10/1801. To brother, Samuel, he gave 100 acres in Oglethorpe County "which I bought of my brother, Thomas Colley. Executor: Nephew, Joel Colley. Issue:
