- Emanuel Oswalt, the son of Henry Oswalt, was born 10/15/1818 in Lexington District, South Carolina, and was married on 4/20/1843 to Euphema Lewis of Charleston(11/15/1827-11/10/1892). Emanuel died 1/24/1897 in Lexington County. Issue:
