Kirkland of Kershaw County

Daniel Kershaw, planter, was born ca 1745 and died 1828 in Kershaw County, South Carolina and he built his home and plantation on Burgess Ford; owned 23 slaves. Wife, Parmelia, bequeathed the house and plantation until her death, then to sons, Joseph and Samuel along with all the slaves. Issue:

• Samuel Kirkland, born 1772, died 26 Feb 1851, lived near White Oak Creek in Kershaw County. Wife, Mary. Issue:
