Jennings of Edgefield County



James William Jennings married Julia Ann Inlow, born 6 Dec 1826, died 17 Dec 1893, daughter of John Inlow, Jr. (1787-1849) and wife, Rachel Walton (1786-1840). They resided in Edgefield County near Saluda County and removed to Dawson, Georgia in 1850. Issue: Note: There is a William Jennings, Sr. who died October 1842. His wife was Eleanor and his sons Tyre, Hastings, Lot, William and Philip. Daughters were Rachael, Eleanor F. and some older children who were not named in the will. Exrs: Son, John Jennings and son-in-law, William Etheridge.

Executor was his brother, Robert Jennings; last will and testament of Robert Jennings dated 16 Nov 1815 probated 25 Mar 1816, Edgefield County, named wife, Tabitha and children: Clem, Mary, Boswell, Osbirn, Sarah, Robert, John and Elizabeth.
