Habersham of Savannah and Augusta, Georgia and Beaufort, South Carolina
Richard Wylly Habersham was born 1786 and died 1842. He was a lawyer and U. S. Representative from Savannah. He was married to Sarah Hazzard who died June 1855 in Chatham County. Her codicil dated 1 Dec 1854 mentioned lots in Beaufort, South Carolina which she bequeathed to her son, Francis Habersham. To son, Richard Wylly Habersham, she bequeathed the Beaufort Plantation called
Walnut Hill, along with Corn Island and 400 acres. Issue:

- Martha A. Habersham, born 1857 in Beaufort, South Carolina.

- Francis B. Habersham, bequeathed by his mother stock in the Bank of the State of Georgia.
- Rev. Barnard Elliott Habersham.
- Catherine G. Habersham married John Milledge.
- Stephen Elliott Habersham married Emma Matthews.
- Sarah G. Habersham.
- Alexander Wyly Habersham born ca 1813 in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia.
