Thomas Elliott married (1) Hezibah (Law) Elliott who died on Long Point Plantation, Charleston Neck, South Carolina. Thomas was born ca 1663 and died 5 October 1724 at Stono Plantation in Berkeley County, South Carolina married (2) on 1 May 1721 Ann Clifford in Charleson. There were seven known children, viz:
Ann Elliott, born 15 April 1694 on Stono Plantation, died 18 Dec 1748 in Collecton County, South Carolina.
Thomas Elliott, born 15 January 1699 on Stono Plantation, died 25 Dec 1760, married on 30 Jan 1744 in Charleston, Mrs. Elizabeth Butler Bellinger, a widow of Edmund Bellinger.
William Elliott was born 13 May 1703 and died 2 Mar 1778 in Charleton, South Carolina. He was married to Elizabeth Emons, a daughter of Ralph Emons and his second wife, Esther Butler, widow of Shem Butler.

- Stephen Elliott, born ca 1724 in Beaufort District, died 18 Dec 1780 in Charleston. Last Will and Testament. Wife, Elizabeth. He named his niece, Mary Elliott Butler, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Butler.
- William Elliott (1717-2 Mar 1783) died in Beaufort District, South Carolina.
- Ralph Elliott of Beaufort, South Carolina was in Savannah, Georgia when he died in 1807. Last Will and Testament He owned The Cedar Grove Plantation at Port Royal, South Carolina. He left his house in Beaufort and plantation at Port Royal to his brothers, William and Stephen Elliott. A legacy was left to Benjamin Savage; Mary Clay; Susan E. Clay, daughter of Rev. Joseph Clay Jr.; and Elizabeth Heywood, the daughter of Thomas Heywood; also to Thomas and James Heywood and Thomas S. Clay, the son of Joseph Clay; Ann Clay, daughter of Joseph Clay; and to Thomas and William Savage. The Georgia Gazette....2d inst. at Beaufort, South Carolina, died Mrs. Susan Elliott, wife of Ralph Elliott, 18 April 1814.
