pp. 40. State of South Carolina, Pickens District. I, Aaron Boggs of the district aforesaid unto my son, Andrew M. Boggs all that tract of land situate on the waters of Golden Creek branch of Twelve Mile River containing two hundred and twenty seven acres, it being part of three tracts of land for the first granted to John Brady 2 Feb 1789, the second granted to Robert Anderson 1785, the other granted to (not listed).
