I am searching for any documents that verify the relationship of Jeremiah Melton Daniell Sr to his oldest son Atlas Algrine Daniell. This is the information I have:

• Jeremiah Melton Daniell Sr
• Born in Clarke, Georgia 18 Jan 1797 ( son of William Daniell and Mary "Polly Melton) Died in Cobb Georgia 20 July 1874

• Atlas Algrine Daniell
• Born 2 Nov 1817 in Clarke, Georgia
• Married Sarah Ann Malcom 28 April 1826 in Clarke, Georgia
• Died 1878 in Cobb, Georgia

I am working on a DAR application and this is the last piece of evidence I need to complete the process. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I found the LWT of Jeremiah Daniell in Douglas County GA dated 8/3/1874 where he named his children and grandchildren. This includes Atlas A. Daniell. LWT of Jeremiah Daniell

Also, here is the LWT of his father, William Daniell

This will should prove more than adequate as proof.
