Joiner, Benjamin. Oglethorpe Co. Deed Book D, page 512. 22 June 1805. David Murray, administrator of the estate of Benjamin Joiner, deceased of Lincoln Co. to Thomas Walton, Senr. of aforesaid county. David Murray, by order of Court of Ordinary dated 27 February 1805...should make titles to tract which Benjamin Joiner, deceased, in his lifetime gave bond on 15 December 1783 to make titles to bounties of land to Thomas Walton, Senr. for tract of land in Washington Co. when surveyed, now in Oglethorpe Co., 575 acres on Big Creek waters, adj. W by John Briant and John Berry, being two bounties granted to Benjamin Joiner on 29 September 1784.
