Blackwell, David Bunyan, a copper colored youth, 12 years old, whose mother lives on Marietta Street, has run away from home. The Constitution, Atlanta 1/5/1886.

Blackwell, Daniel Joseph, the missing orphan was found. (Atlanta). Mre. J. W. Amerson and nnot his father, J. J. Amerson, was the gentleman who took young Daniel Joseph Blackwell from the Methodist Orphan's Home in Atlanta. But J. J. Amerson's name having been given (by Mr. Northrop), determined to locate the orphan. He found Blackwell living with a man named Dupree, and when Amerson approached him on the subject of coming to Macon, putting himself in communication with Mr. Northrop, his legal guardian, the boy declined. He was supported by Dupree who said that he might apply for a new guardian, obtain his money and invest it as he chose. The Constitution, Atlanta 2/5/1886

Brown, Oscar A. B., in Georgia in 1870. He moved west to Topeka, Kansas where he married Lena Peterovski in 1894. They had three children: Beula, Arthur and Walter Brown. Oscar died ca 1904 in a construction accident. The children were placed in St. Vincent's Home in Leavenworth, Kansas. I am looking for any relatives of Oscar.
