McAlister, Milton P. of Habersham Co. in the Fulton County jail for perjury is believed to be crazy. On 7/21/1886, Dr. Stiles, U. S. Surgeon,examined McAllister, but said that he would not give his opinion until he madeanother examination. There are some who believe the man is "possuming" and onlyplaying crazy to get released. He is a young man of not more than 20 years, and ischarged with violating the Internal Revenue Code. The Constitution, Atlanta 7/22/1886
