Emanuel Wills, the immigrant, married a sister of Colonel Miles Cary of Warwick; the Colonel was killed by the Dutch in a bombardment of the fort at Old Point Comfort which the Colonel commanded.
Miles Wills, son of Emanuel, was married to a daughter of John Scarsbrook. He was elected Burgess for Warwick in 1714 to suceed William Cary, who died that same year.
Thomas Wills, probably a grandson of Miles Wills, made his will in the Isle of Wight in 1750. His widow,, Martha, afterwards married Richard Williams. Issue:Matthew Wills was a member of the vestry of the Old Brick Church in 1724.

- John Wills, his will dated 1770 and mentioned his brothers, Josiah and Miles; sister, Milly Richards and son, Nathaniel. Nathaniel made his will dated 25 Oct 1821, probated 23 Sept 1823 mentioned his wife, Eliza S.
