William Neville owned land on the border of Isle of Wight and Nansemond Counties. He died before 1665, when Roger Neville sold to Arthur Skinner, his father-in-law, all claims to the estate of "William Neville my father."
John Neville of Nansemond County sold Arthur Skinner 125 acres on 16 May 1665. In 1689, John and Elizabeth Neville made a deed of gift to Benjamin Beale and his wife, Martha, which provided that should Benjamin Beale die without issue that the land was to go to Benjamin Neville, the son of the donor; deed witnessed by John Neville, Jr. John Neville sold land on the Western Branch of Isle of Wight County to John Johnson in 1698. Issue:
- Benjamin Neville had 475 acres of land in Nansemond County according to the 1704 Quit Rents.
- John Neville Jr. made his will in Isle of Wight County in 1726, probated 1730, leaving eight daughters and one son (John) to whom he bequeathed all of his land.
