Olds Amos D.. DIES OF INJURIES. " Prominent College Park Physician Victim of Train-Auto Crash Struck by a train he failed to see, Dr. Amos D. Olds, prominent College Park physician, was fatally injured yesterday. The doctor's car was demolished when it was struck by a freight train at the Jefferson street crossing in East Point at 9:30 o'clock yesterday morning. He was taken to the Crawford W. Long hospital, where he died at 1:35 o'clock yesterday afternoon of head injuries. Police reported that Dr. Olds, returning from a professional call, apparently did not see the train and drove into the tracks directly in the path of the southbound A. & W. P. locomotive. W. T. Stewart crossing watchman, said Dr. Olds did nto [sic] heed the stop sign he held up. The College Park physician was the father of Dr. Bomar A. Olds, widely known ear, nose and throat specialist, of Atlanta. he is also survived by his wife, two daughters, Miss Eloise Olds and Mrs. Herbert Jacobs; four sisters, Mrs. Ludie Olds Turner, Mrs. Jack Majors, Mrs. Charles Vinson, and Mrs. Elizabeth Freeman, and two brothers, William and Newel Olds. Dr. Olds was born in Elbert county, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Olds.His father was a well known construction engineer. He was graduated at the old Atlanta Medical College and practiced in Byron, Ga., before coming to College Park many years ago. He had been active in his profession for more than 40 years and was one of the county's best known physicians. He was a member of the Fulton County Medical Society and of the Baptist church. Tribute will be paid at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon at the First Baptist church in College Park. The Rev. B. J. W. Graham and the Rev. L. W. Roberts will officiate. Interment will be in the College Park cemetery with A. C. Hemperley & Sons in charge. The following members of the Fulton County Medical Society will act as pallbearers: Drs. W.
